Material Selection

Heating Phase
HDPE pellets heated to optimal processing temperature (180-280°C) with precise temperature zones ensuring uniform melt consistency and optimal flow characteristics.
Injection & Packing
Molten HDPE injected into mold cavity under controlled pressure and speed, followed by packing phase to compensate for material shrinkage during cooling.
Cooling & Ejection
